The goTIELESS rewards program gives you the opportunity to score store credit, access exclusives, and more! As a member, you’ll earn points for every purchase and for engaging with our brand through social media and other platforms. Once you earn enough points to unlock rewards discounts, points can be redeemed like cash at check out!

Your up-to-date points balance is always displayed on the Rewards Pagewhen you're logged in.

Once you’re ready to check out, open your cart by clicking the shopping bag in the top right corner of our site to view your points balance and the redemption options. Select the points that you’d like to apply to your order and continue to checkout! You can add as many rewards as your balance permits.

You should receive points in your account instantly once you complete a promotion!

Nope! Your points will never expire.

We make it easy and fun to redeem your hard-earned points. Just visit the Rewards Page to view all of our exciting reward options.  

When you return an item and/or items are refunded, you lose the associated credit you originally earned by buying the item in the first place. 

You must perform the action from the Inner Circle Rewards Page. Please note that it could take up to 24 hours for your points balance to adjust. If your balance still doesn’t look right after this time, please contact our Customer Service team at info@gotieless.com and we can assist you!

No, but you can REFER FRIENDS or take other actions displayed on the Rewards Page to get there!

When you make a purchase, we collect the information about that purchase, including the purchase date, the type of item that you bought, and the amount you spent. We also collect any information you voluntarily provide in your account (your email address, name, social media information, birthday, etc.)

Discount codes and rewards points are not eligible to be used during the same purchase. We suggest using the discount code or rewards points with the higher value. (Example if you have a rewards code for $10 and a 20% off discount code when making a $100 purchase, our suggestion is to use the 20% off code because the value is higher.)
