Domestic (US): We offer free domestic returns and exchanges for items purchased at goTIELESS.com. You have 30 days to receive a full refund to your original form of payment. Items that are beyond the 30-day policy have up to 90 days to receive store credit or be exchanged for another item. Please note all items must be unwashed and unworn in order to receive credit in any form. Items that do not meet these requirements are not eligible.

We're human and sometimes we accidentally grab the wrong size or color when your order is packaged.
Here's what we need to process a replacement:
Please review the item description on your packing slip to verify that the item we shipped is the one you received.
If you received the wrong item, size, or color, please take a photo of your item, your item's size label, and packing slip.
Send us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number, and these photos and we’ll process a re-shipment immediately.
*** A request for replacement needs to be made within seven (7) days of original delivery.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, no need to worry, we’ll make sure you are taken care of. If your item is missing or damaged, please take a photo of your item (and it’s damage), your item's size label, and packing slip.
