It started on Rob Kessler's wedding day, when the open collar of his 007-inspired wedding shirt kept folding over and falling flat. He recognized a problem millions of men shared: dress shirts had become a business casual staple, but traditional collars weren't designed to look their best without being buttoned up.

That frustration inspired him to invent and patent Million Dollar Collar®, flexible placket-to-collar supports designed to keep an open neckline upright, smooth, and balanced.

We created a dress shirt to demonstrate how the patented technology could be sewn directly into the garment, with the goal of licensing it to a major clothing brand.

But something unexpected happened. People loved our shirts.

What began as a proof of concept became a brand of its own. Today, goTIELESS combines that same patented support with exceptionally soft, wrinkle-resistant stretch fabric, modern fits, and thoughtful design details.
